Volunteering with Utah Pollinator Pursuit is as simple as identifying pollinator species and submitting that data on your phone or computer. Below, you can find guides that will guide you in both of those processes—photographic guides to identifying pollinators, and a text and video walk-through for reporting sightings on the Survey123 app.
Using Survey123 to Submit Data:
Step 1: Download the free "Survey123 for ArcGIS" app by searching in the App store on your phone (this is for both monarchs & bumble bees). The icon is green with a check mark over a notebook.
Step 2: Follow the prompt to download the Survey123 field app. Don't worry about signing into the app or entering an email.
Step 3: Close the app. Then, click on the link https://arcg.is/19bfLe1 or type it in your browser. Click "Open in the Survey123 field app."
Step 4: Your phone will open up the app, and “Utah Pollinator Pursuit” will appear and download.
Step 5: Select "Utah Pollinator Pursuit," then click the blue "Collect" button to collect steward site or opportunistic data anytime!
